Our workshops cover the laws that matter most to California landlords: AB 1482 rent caps, just cause eviction requirements, local ordinances, fair housing obligations, habitability standards, and security deposit rules. Taught by practitioners who understand the realities of small-scale property management.

Who Qualifies

Our programs are designed for independent landlords with 1-50 units in California, with priority given to:

  • Landlords in underserved communities
  • Owners of naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH)
  • Landlords who accept Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8)
  • First-time or accidental landlords
  • Landlords facing compliance challenges
