In partnership with CLTRE, LeaseBase Housing Foundation hosts monthly roundtables on the first Wednesday of each month at Aggie Square. These informal, facilitated conversations bring together landlords, tenants, advocates, and policymakers to discuss Sacramento’s housing challenges.

Our roundtables regularly attract 15-30 participants including independent landlords, nonprofit housing staff, city planning representatives, researchers, and community organizers. The format is designed for honest, cross-perspective conversation.
